Yeah, so I paid five figures (for my car) just to leave this review so guess it was worth it— lol ps. found them through CarGurus. Hidden bonus was getting that “Ford EcoSport you saved has sold” email and not crying like the other losers who didn’t have it in their driveway (lol jk)

Really nice dealership. Not too pushy but after all these guys do work on a commission. The salesman I worked with was Blake. He was young cool collected and I think a good representation of the company. About the new mustang EcoBoost and he even sold me on the custom exhaust package.
The work was completed on time. There was no issue with having the problems recognized and corrected.

Customer service from Marco & Polo is excellent. I purchased my Explorer in 2019, they've made my visits stress free. The recalls? Don't get me started. I've never had this many recalls for any car I've ever owned.
The good was best when I came to pick up the car. They did not tell me what else they found until our adventure was completed. It took 3 hours which I guess was standard, all in all a good day

Franklin, the service rep was vey helpful and kept me posted on the work progress. He was courteous and answered my questions regarding the service needed per the Ford manual.
Everyone was kind and helpful, but there's something I don't understand. I was told that the recall didn't effect my car, but it may at a future date. I guess I'm wondering - why don't they replace the part now instead of having me wait until a future date? Also - when the dealer was Advantage Ford, I would always come back to a washed car. This time nothing.
Once again, they did not dissapoint as service advisor Marco went above & beyond to accomodate and service my vehicle in a timely manner.

I love that the car was washed and vacuumed. Nice coffee maker. Great selection of sodas. It was nice to walk the lot, look at the selection and not be disturbed.

When a new tire or new tires are installed, make sure the manufactured date is on the outside so the customer can read it.

The service department is great. I work with Polo who makes sure everything is done correctly and gets the work done quickly. The reason for the 4 stars is the amount you charged for doing the rear brakes. I had to pay nearly $500 for two wheels. It’s not right that you charge your customers that much.

The transition to Envision Ford from Advantage Ford was a 'rocky' one. Trying to get through to the service bay, get info on recalls, etc was tough. I even went over to the dealership in neighboring Glendora for one service. I was fed up. I bought my vehicle from Advantage, and remembered how good Demaritz Ortis was with me. So patient during the lo g wait for my new Bronco. It made me decide to give Envision another try. So glad I did! Everything has smoothed out nicely. Everyone there is great!
