I took my car in for the works package oil change. They said the price had gone up to $149. I had a $20 off coupon. That’s still twice the amount that performance Ford in West Covina charges. I can get the works package done there for $69.95 with a coupon. Last time I go to envision Ford in Duarte.

Scammers beware. I talked to a sales person and a manager and even got a buyer’s order sent to with the agreed upon price. It was out of state so I wanted to make sure everything is in order before I made the trip to the dealership. Once I got there the Manager Emanuelle basically said “Sorry you have to pay extra $3000 if you want the car”. He had the buyer’s order and still did not honor it. I had a very pleasant experience with Envision Ford Lincoln. I could not believe the volume of vehicles available, it's amazing. Amy Aguirre, Sales Professional, was great to work with. She was kind and helpful and even went out of her way. The vehicle was clean and detailed, and still had that new car smell. We are very pleased with our choice and their financing.

Bought a Transit van from these guys at end of 2023, drove my other van for a few months into 2024 and didn’t realize that rodents had eaten the windshield wiper supply line on new van till we started using it for work.. Marco was very helpful dealing with me and my car the only thing wrong is the new way of not doing things not cashing a check credit cards 15% that was something that makes me not really want to come back to Ford I have always like Ford service but now I'm not sure of the tactics

Troubles from start to finish on our recent purchase. Been a long time customer of Advantage Ford, but the new Envision was not good.

Price for standard oil change skyrocket so this will heavily influence my decision to have that done again at this location.

Everyone is nice. But service has gone downhill. $150 for an oil change and I couldn’t get a ride to the train station. $250 just to look at my tires to see why the tire pressure light is on. Crazy. My wife and I have been going here for seven years. We will not be coming back.


This place did not rotate my tires just found out when I got home. Over priced paid over $1900.00. They also charge 3 percent for using credit card(horrible)

Disappointed in how expensive service has become, that you now expect your service advisors to also close out the bills, and that now you are charging 3% for credit card payments that is not explained prior to getting the bill. Probably will be my last time coming to Envision as you have become all about the money.

I tell them the problem but they charge me 250 dollars to diagnose it for them selves, then tell me it cost over a thousand dollars for the part(more if not all labor). Then on the invoice they charge me 240 dollars for a service they never did cause my truck doesn't have a filter on that model. Like every dealer they try and get you for the absolute most they can. They did get me the gooseneck ball but that was it was the only way I was buying the truck. They however did not get my wheel covers. I don't understand that it's a ford and I bought it at a ford dealership shouldn't be that hard to get.

Excessive labor charge for a repair that probably only took an hour or two max. And given some lame excuse for not addressing computer issue regarding the traction control.

Service rep is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Explained things to us that other service reps could not.

Intake of my poor car at the service center was quick and easy. The lift home was greatly appreciated as this event was not planned. My car was finished on the day they promised.

The sales department was excellent. The service department left much to be desired. They often behaved as if they were doing me a favor by servicing my car. They ignored a safety recall item that I waited weeks to have done that is yet to be performed and they had my car in service since the recall notice.

Poor customer service had my truck in for over a month for electrical issues. I was given very little information given about what they were doing and how long it would take no loaner vehicle was ever offered I had to ask and finally after 30 days was given one. Tony Botello was very friendly and attentive. He advised me what service my vehicle needed I was in and out in an hour and a half and my vehicle was even washed. Outstanding customer service.

The question is, "Would you recommend this service center?" The answer has to be, "Not particularly." The issue with my 2023 Mach-e was a broken and deteriorating charging cable that was not handled by the 3-year/36,000-mile Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty. Instead, written off as 'material damage.' A warranty is a promise. The promise a company makes that ensures the client will remain whole if there is ever a problem. Envision broke that promise and to compound their failure attempted to charge me $200 more for the replacement cable than I was able to purchase it from Ford's website! ...

Really nice dealership. Not too pushy but after all these guys do work on a commission. The salesman I worked with was Blake. He was young cool collected and I think a good representation of the company. About the new mustang EcoBoost and he even sold me on the custom exhaust package.

While I was getting my car checked in for service, the workers in the service office were cussing and talking about things that shouldn’t be talked about in front of a customer. I am having a hard time to recommend this dealer. I waited months to get this recall repair, which is not the dealer's fault, but it took multiple calls and a lot of effort on my part to schedule the work. When the day came for the appointment, my service adviser said no appointment had been schedule but he got me in. Customer service from Marco & Polo is excellent. I purchased my Explorer in 2019, they've made my visits stress free. The recalls? Don't get me started. I've never had this many recalls for any car I've ever owned.

The good was best when I came to pick up the car. They did not tell me what else they found until our adventure was completed. It took 3 hours which I guess was standard, all in all a good day

The prices are very high, especially labor. What upset me the most I was charged 3% fee because I paid by the credit card. I have not been told about this charge prior to picking my car. I was told I can avoid this fee (on the invoice it is called a technology fee) if I pay a cash. The service man was proposing many services without checking a previous vehicle maintenance history. He was just adding numbers without an explanation for the need of these service. They do not provide a report about their inspection, such as brake pad thickness, ...

The service was too slow for the volume of cars. Prices are extremely too high. Advantage Ford customers service was all around much greater.

We have a warranty with our Lincoln, but we paid $2,300 for normal service . The charges are rediculious Since you changed ownership it appears that you no longer want Lincoln customers and we will deffinate not buy our next car at your dealership

The work was completed quickly but I was advised to get new tires. I just bought new tires in July from Costco based on my prior service report. I don't think anyone looked at my tires during my October visit but it didn't stop them from verbally advising me and writing it on my service report. Not sure if i would recommend only because of the customer service. My usual service guy was not there (which I love!) Was not happy at all with customer service. He wanted me to leave my car there for a few days just to check rear view camera. That is unacceptable.

Everyone was kind and helpful, but there's something I don't understand. I was told that the recall didn't effect my car, but it may at a future date. I guess I'm wondering - why don't they replace the part now instead of having me wait until a future date? Also - when the dealer was Advantage Ford, I would always come back to a washed car. This time nothing.

All things, that I could see were done and completed with the exception of the over head lights that continue to come on at will frequently. We did up this concern when we first brought in our vehicle but it doesn’t seem to have been corrected.

Once again, they did not dissapoint as service advisor Marco went above & beyond to accomodate and service my vehicle in a timely manner.

Very bad experience, was sold a 30k service when vehicle was only 23k them I asked for just an oil change and tire rotation was given an alignment and air filters replacement

Edgar is nice, but he is hard to get a hold of doesn’t return calls. He misunderstands communications. He helped me out to remedy a mistake and the issue was not remedied properly. I still had the same problem after putting more money into the car. I ended up paying for jobs I didn’t want/need.

Never again!! I was told a lower price for the oil change when I booked my appointment. When I wouldn't agree to do the additional service due to the new price of the oil change, the service guy tried to negotiate with me and offer me eight dollars off the price. I chose not to add the additional service and told them I would wait in the lobby while they changed the oil. Almost 3 hours later I was told, by the same service guy, he was just waiting on the paperwork. I could see they just stated the oil ...
